Mundo Catering Guidelines – Refresh XL

General Information

    • Payment is made by monthly invoice, payable within 15 days of issue.
    • Please place your orders as early as possible. Late orders may be declined depending on availability.
    • Each listed food item corresponds to one portion per person (except juice, sparkling water, wine, and treats).
    • A minimum of 8 portions per order is required for these categories:
      • Breakfasts
      • Lunches
      • Coffee breaks
      • Aperitifs / Event catering
    • Portion estimates:
      • Wine: ~6 glasses per bottle
      • Juice: ~4 glasses per bottle
  • Form: please complete a separate form for each day or type of service (e.g. daytime and evening = 2 forms).
  • Quotation: you may request a quotation by email at mundo@refresh.brussels. A quotation is valid for 7 business days. After this period, it becomes void.
  • Order: when you submit a form to Refresh, you are placing an order, and it is immediately considered validated. It then becomes binding, with the possibility of modification or cancellation only within the deadlines provided in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.
  • Modifications: requests for modifications must be sent by email to mundo@refresh.brussels and will be processed in accordance with the conditions set out in our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

 

Daytime Orders at Mundo (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

  • Orders are delivered directly to your room or nearby.
  • Coffee/tea breaks: available at set times, stay hot for several hours (~1 cup per person). Additional breaks or quantities can be arranged.
  • Still water included with each order.
  • Tableware provided: plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, cups.
  • No staff service during the day. Please return clean or used tableware to the designated trolley.

Evening Orders at Mundo (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

  • Orders are ready in insulated boxes from 4:30 PM (cafeteria).
  • No coffee/tea breaks in the evening.
  • Still water included.
  • Tableware provided: glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, napkins, corkscrew/bottle opener if needed.
  • Optional additional services (setup, bar, servers):
    • €45/hour per staff member, minimum 3 hours.
    • Setup and cleanup time (1 hour before + 1 hour after) are included and billed.
  • Please place used tableware back on the trolley.
  • Hot meals (optional): Chafing dishes provided (~1h heating time).
  • If renting the cafeteria, cleaning the space is mandatory.

Daytime Delivery (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

  • No coffee/tea breaks for deliveries.
  • Delivery is made within a 1-hour time window (e.g., 12:00 → between 11:00 and 12:00).
  • Delivery is to the building reception only.
  • Meals are delivered cold.
  • No tableware provided unless specified.

Takeaway Orders (10:30 AM – 4:30 PM)

  • No coffee/tea breaks.
  • Orders must be picked up between 10:30 AM and 4:30 PM at the designated collection point.
  • Meals are cold and without tableware.

Cancellation and Modification Policy

  • Any changes must be requested by email and confirmed in writing by Refresh XL.

Delivery & Responsibility Rules

  • Meals become your responsibility upon delivery or pickup (cold chain, storage, etc.).
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Any equipment (chafing dishes, tableware, etc.) must be returned in good condition.
