Catering Instructions

General Information:

  • Payment is made via invoice, sent at the end of each month.

  • Please place your order at least 5 business days in advance, or 7 business days for groups of more than 20 people.

  • For food items, the quantity indicated corresponds to one portion per person (except for juice, sparkling water, and wine).

  • For wine and juice bottles, we estimate approximately 6 glasses per wine bottle and 4 glasses per juice bottle.

  • A separate order form must be filled out for each day and/or each type of service (evening and daytime require two different forms).

Daytime Orders at Mundo (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM):

  • Orders are available for a minimum of 8 people.

  • Your order will be placed in the designated room or nearby, depending on the space layout.

  • Tea/coffee breaks are available at predetermined times and stay warm for several hours. Each break includes one cup of tea and cofee per person. If you need more, you can schedule an additional service or increase the number of breaks.

  • Still water is provided with every order.

  • Tableware (plates, cutlery, glasses, napkins, cups) is included.

  • No table service is provided during the day. Please place used or clean tableware on the designated trolley after use.

Evening Orders at Mundo (5:00 PM – 10:00 PM):

  • Orders are available for a minimum of 8 people.

  • Your order will be available in insulated boxes from 4:30 PM, in the cafeteria.

  • No tea/coffee breaks are available in the evening.

  • Still water is provided.

  • Necessary tableware (glasses, plates, cups, cutlery, corkscrews, bottle openers, napkins) will be provided according to your order.

  • Additional services (setup, bar, or waiter) are available upon request at a rate of €40/hour, with a minimum of 4 hours.

  • Please place used tableware on the designated trolley after use.

  • If you choose a hot meal, bain-marie warmers will be provided, requiring approximately one hour to heat up.

  • If you rent the cafeteria, please ensure that you clean the space after use.

Daytime Delivery (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM):

  • Orders are available for a minimum of 10 people.

  • Tea/coffee breaks are not available for deliveries.

  • Deliveries are scheduled within a one-hour window. For example, if you request a meal for 12:00 PM, it will be delivered between 11:00 AM and 12:00 PM.

  • Deliveries are door-to-door, up to the building’s reception.

  • Meals are delivered cold.

  • No tableware is provided for deliveries.

Takeaway Orders (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM):

  • Orders are available for a minimum of 10 people.

  • Tea/coffee breaks are not available for takeaway orders.

  • You can pick up your order between 10:00 AM and 4:30 PM.

  • Meals are cold, and no tableware is provided.
